New staff Annual summary—in brief

Zhang Zhong Pei---Bachelor of Tong Ji University, Majoring in Architectural engineering and Information Technology.

Our company is a big school, teaching me the knowledge I never know in the university. Thanks to the leaders’ enlightening and all the colleagues’ help, in this school, I have made big progress at various aspects. Thus, I deeply realize that we should always be eager to learn, knowledge and experiece are always somewhere during the process of working.

Tang Xiao Mei---Master of Southwest University of political Science and Law, majoring in lawsuit.

Architecture industry is very complex in practical operations. If not familiar with the projects and without the basiec architecture knowledge, one will have confusion when deal with the architectual contracts. Those days, I am trying my best to know the related knowledge, and be familiar with the industry backgroud. I will find my start point, and exert to my best.

Dong Xiao Guang----Doctor of Tong Ji University, majoring in Structural Engineering

I really enriched in the last year. I have acknowledged much on fields like technolege, laws, and even humanities. Our leaders also provide me a broad platform to meet different jobs. I deeply appreciate the hard-woking attitudes of the leaders and colleagues, I really love the good working enviroment here.

Su Kai---Bachelor of Chong Qing University, Majoring in Civil Engineering.

We really learn a lot during the training programme. At the very beginning of my work, I am not familiar with the process of my jobs, and the training programme really perform well to help a new staff getting to know his jobs. Many of my former classmates admire our company has those specific trainings.
